  • Al Moallim United CJSC, KSA ( hereinafter called "Liujo Saudi Arabia") under the Commercial Register number No 4030031627, VAT# 301329371900003 is an independent distributor of LiuJo in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the sole proprietor of this Website.

    1. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

    When an order is placed, the Customer will receive confirmation by e-mail. This e-mail is merely a confirmation that the order has been received and does not constitute its automatic acceptance. The agreement will not be completed until the Company sends confirmation by e-mail that the products ordered by the Customer are available and have been shipped. The final agreement will include only the number of those goods specified in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of shipment.

    2. WARRANTIES AND SPECIFICATION OF PRODUCT PRICES

    Only products bearing the registered Liujo trademark are offered for sale on www.liujo.sa The Company does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards. Liu Jo brand products purchased on www.liujo.sa are sold directly by the Company.

    The essential features of the products are shown on www.liujo.sa on each product information sheet. The images and colours of the products offered for sale on www.liujo.sa may however not correspond to the actual ones owing to the Customer’s Internet browser and monitor used. All products are fitted with an ID tag attached using a disposable seal.

    The Customer may not remove the tag and seal from purchased products since they form an integral part of the product. If the Customer exercises the right to withdraw, the Company has the right not to accept returned products which have missing ID tags, whose essential and quality characteristics have been altered or tampered with, or which are damaged.

    3. PRICE AND AVAILABILITY

    The prices of products may be subject to change. The Customer must check the final sales price before submitting the relevant order form. Whenever applicable, prices include VAT. Where applicable, delivery costs will be added separately. These additional costs shall be clearly indicated when they apply and shall be included in the “total cost”.

    The Company reserves the right to activate a specific section of the Website in order to sell products belonging to commercial seasons prior to the current one, by applying – if necessary – a special discount. Without prejudice to what is stated above, the evident error in the price on the category pages and/or on the product profiles as compared to the commonly known price of the selected product gives the Company the right to not confirm shipment and to immediately reimburse the purchase value the Customer has paid without the customer being entitled to make any objections to it.

    The Customer will however be promptly notified by the Company’s Customer Services department.

    4. PAYMENT

    The Customer will be able to make payment by Credit card, Debit card, Tabby & Apple pay.

    To pay by debit/credit card, the customer must provide correct card number, expiration date and CVV code. This personal information will be handled directly by your bank, which is responsible for safely carrying out your purchase procedure. We accept all kind of debit/credit cards.

    5. DELIVERY

    Shipping and handling charges will depend on the shipping city within the Kingdom to which goods are to be sent and the delivery times that the Customer requests. Please go to the Orders and Shipments section to see a list of shipping and handling rates and terms of delivery. Ownership of the goods will pass to the Customer upon receipt.

    As soon as the Company has delivered the goods to the address supplied by the Customer, via a special express courier service, the latter will become liable for them, even in the event of any loss or damage they may occur from the time of shipping onwards. Customers are asked to refuse the package if it has been tampered with or in poor condition when delivered, and to promptly notify our Customer Service department.

    We will check immediately and issue a swift reply. The Customer is given the opportunity to choose between various delivery options, the so-called “Click and Collect” method, consisting of the delivery of products to one of the participating “Liu Jo” stores, a list of which is available in the FAQ section.

    6.RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

    Liujo.sa allows a 1 Business day Refund policy for items on original condition (unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging, branded boxes and dust bags, if placed inside a protective outer box for shipping), credit cards will be refund on their account, COD will be transferred to Your bank account, 50 SR will be deducted for return shipment charges, any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

    Items sold during seasonal offers or on discount can be exchanged or returned within 1 day of purchase. Jewelry, swimwear, scarves – cannot be exchanged or returned. You can contact customer support care at customercare@liujo.sa and request a return. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return / refund may not be possible.

    Exchange can only be made within 5 days from the date of delivery. Exchange is only eligible for the same purchased value or higher. Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag. It should also be in the same brand box you received. As soon as you create a size change request, subject to availability, we would reserve the item you want for yourself.

    Size change is subject to 50 SR plus shipping charges. If the price of the item you're exchanging has gone up, don't worry, you won't have to pay extra to receive it.

    If the Customer’s return does not meet the terms and conditions listed above, it will be rejected and will not be refunded. For more information, please see the FAQ section.

    Your right of withdrawal may not apply to products that are sold sealed, which cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection-related reasons and have been opened after delivery. For more information, please refer to the “RETURNS AND REFUNDS” section.

    7. REFUNDS

    Upon receiving acceptance/rejection of customer's return request our customer care will get in touch with customer and will inform to the customer regarding the status of refund. If approved, the customer will be automatically refunded the full face value of undamaged returned items less any delivery charges and cash handling fees where applicable on the original payment method used for any purchases. Please remember it can take some time for customer's bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Please note this policy is applicable on the purchases done at Liujo.sa only. Any claims, changes or refunds related to the products purchased in Liujo's chain stores or from distributors of Liujo brand, will not be the responsibility of the online store. Therefore, the customer must address to Brick and Mortar stores or agents in order to deal with the claims or questions related to them.

    8. PRODUCT ID TAG

    All products sold by the Company include an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which forms an integral part of the product. The Company invites the Customer to try on the product without removing the ID tag or its seal, since any products returned without these will not be accepted.

    9. DISCOUNT CODES

    Discount codes for individual account holders or general promotional discount codes may periodically be offered at the Company’s discretion. The account discount codes may be applied only after purchases are made using the account for which a discount code has been offered and registered and for the time period for which they are granted, and only once the transaction has been completed.

    Promotional discount codes may be applied to all purchases or specific purchases made through the website. Methods and any restrictions on use of a discount code will be communicated by the Company in the same message notifying the existence of said discount code.

    10. THE COMPANY’S RESPONSIBILITY TO THE CUSTOMER

    When making an order through our site, the Customer provides us with their personal information. The Company will use this personal information to process the order, deliver the goods and supply the related services. The customer’s personal information will be collected and used in compliance with the terms of the Company’s privacy policy which may be consulted separately.
