We aim to ensure that all orders placed by midnight on 11th June are set to be delivered before the commencement of the Eid holidays. However, we wish to inform you that due to the increased volume of orders typically experienced during the Eid season, there may be some delays in delivery by the carrier services, which are beyond our control. Please be advised that any orders placed after the 11th June are scheduled for delivery after the Eid holidays.

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing the tracking information supplied by the carrier, which you will need to monitor the delivery.
Within 24 hours of shipment, you will see the first updated information from the courier by clicking on tracking information.
If you have an account, you can also monitor the shipment by viewing the details within the orders section.

If you wish to send a gift, you can choose the gift package option when completing your order. You can also include a personal message which will be printed on a LiuJo gift card.
Gift wraps will be subject to a charge of SAR 75 on all discounted items.

We are currently shipping to all cities of Saudi Arabia with 3-4 working days. However, delivery to certain cities may be delayed during the Pandemic.
Once you complete your order, you will receive an email with all the information related to shipment against your order. Delivery for orders value above 500 SR are completely FREE, while for orders value below 500 SR are subject to a charge of 50 SR only. All delivery times are expressed in days / weekdays. Orders will be sent upon receipt of payment, provided that the payment is confirmed and that we have stock on hand. Stock problems could cause delays in delivery time and cancellations.
In case of any unavailability of the stock at the time of the request, we shall be delighted to entertain every inquiry of yours in no more than 48 hours time period.
All deliveries in Saudi Arabia are to be completed within 3-4 working days. Once we receive your order we make all attempts to deliver the item in the shortest possible time, however, it might take longer than expected in some far to reach areas, small towns or rural areas, due to weaker logistics connectivity that is beyond our control. We shall appreciate your kind patience under such circumstances and in the mean time we shall stay connected with you for all information regarding your order.
These delivery times are approximated, and delays can occur due to problems with the parcel company.
During any special promotions or Sale period, the delivery could suffer delays up to 10 working days.

The mobile number provided in the shipping and pickup details is a critical part of your order. It is used to confirm delivery, coordinate pickup, and handle any exceptions such as product unavailability or delivery issues.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the mobile number entered is accurate and reachable.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or delivery to the wrong recipient due to incorrect or unreachable contact information. If the mobile number is incorrect, this may result in the order being delivered to the wrong person, with no way for us to confirm or reverse the delivery. In such cases, we will not be liable for any resulting loss or dissatisfaction.

Refunds and Returns

Policy Clause
Products bought on our website at a promotional or discounted prices, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded at physical stores. Any eligible returns must follow the online returns procedure outlined on the website.
How do I make a return?
liujo.sa allows a 1 Business day Refund policy for items on original condition (unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging, branded boxes and dust bags, if placed inside a protective outer box for shipping), credit cards will be refund on their account, COD will be transferred to Your bank account, 50 SR will be deducted for return shipment charges, any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Items sold during seasonal offers or on discount can be exchanged or returned within 1 day of purchase. Jewelry, swimwear, scarves – cannot be exchanged or returned.
You can contact customer support care at customercare@liujo.sa and request a return. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return / refund may not be possible.
Can I return my items to a Liujo shop?
Yes you can always return to Liujo shop at free of cost.
Can I exchange my items?
Exchange can only be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Exchange is only eligible for the same purchased value or higher.
Item should be in a good condition and not used along with the original tag.
It should also be in the same brand box you received. As soon as you create a size change request, subject to availability, we would reserve the item you want for yourself.Size change is subject to 50 SR plus shipping charges. If the price of the item you're exchanging has gone up, don't worry, you won't have to pay extra to receive it.

Order Pickup & Cancellation Policy
If a customer does not collect his/her order within 7 days of receiving the pickup notification, the order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
A service fee of 55 SAR will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and handling charges.
If a customer requests to cancel the order more than 3 days after receiving the pickup notification, a service fee of 55 SAR will be applied.
